Divorce & It’s Ugly Truths

Kenneth Foy Sr.

separated a few years ago, from his estranged wife following their 32year marriage.

After the permitted “marriage separation time” required by Louisiana law, his ex-wife Filed for an agreed and amicable Divorce from him “citing Irreconcilable differences.” Kenneth agreed to sign over their property, car & assets, as he did.

Also agreed to the divorce decree pinned by her and her Lawyer’s.

Their divorce was final

She agreed to pay Kenneth monthly payments for furniture, That Kenneth purchased for her brother, on Kenneth’s account. With the sole purpose that she would pay the bill. In which she did for a short period of time, she stop mailing Kenneth the monthly payments, leaving him to pay for her brother’s furniture, out of his own expenses, in the wake of Kenneth explaining to her “he met someone & he’s moving on with his life succeeding their divorce is final.”

Subsequently, they both collectively agreed to award one another a peaceful separation & divorce process. In which she failed to keep her end of the bargain altogether.

Choosing to live vicariously through jealousy, bitterness, resentment, hate and rage.

In the rear of it being her decision to separate and divorce not his. If it was up to Kenneth he would have remained there forever. He didn’t want a divorce at all, it was against his beliefs in the present moment. He was raised in a home & family where both parents were present and active in their parental roles and duties. They modeled themselves as a believing Christian community, therefore he was groomed to operate in that faith and likeness.

He went through his last divorce with sheer public humiliation, heartbreak, embarrassment and shame.

Over the span of 5 or 6 years.

She evicted Kenneth out of their home deliberately 8 times. Undermined & worked against him in & with the Sacraments of their Church.

Their Divorce was final September 24, 2021 in Orleans Parish Civil Court.

Kenneth and I got acquainted through family members. That’s how our relationship sprouted up.

Kenneth asked me (Kenyatta) on a date early June 2021. He was living in Slidell, in a-beautiful waterside villa alone on the North Shore.

July 1, 2021 his estranged wife Commenced to stalking and harassing Kenneth Foy, subsequently Kenneth explained to her” that she was no longer entitled or welcome to contact him via phone, text, email or through 3rd party.” Kenneth explained to her that “he met someone who he was very interested in dating.” His ex-spouse began verbally attacking him (Cussing him out) saying” with your low-down ass & calling him a fornicator and hypocrite Pastor”. Second week of July up until January 23, 2023 she continued her Stalking (passing in front of & coming on the property of New Life Ministry B.C.), In which , “Kenneth was the Pastor Of”, she also passed by our home quite often. Seeking to confront Kenneth in-person. Calling family, friends and acquaintances seeking information to use to “slander and defame” his/our character. With intent of ruining his Ministry and tarnishing Pathway To Peace, Inc. counseling practice. Majority of the congregation left the Ministry, due to exhaustion and burnout of the tyrannizing bullying.

She also payed/bartered and bribed Kenneth brother for information about Kenneth and I. The few members that remained active at the church, she deliberately contacted those member’s via text & phone calls, and showing up to their (the members) homes, proceeding to rebuke them angrily, voicing her opinion on why they decided to remain connected to the Ministry & telling them they should have left. Because “Kenneth is doing drugs and drinking alcohol ,dating” and stole his dating partner (Kenyatta) from her Husband. I have been divorced from a 20 year marriage, since 2017. The falsified and misleading information his ex-wife spewed and spreed ‘Took-on its affects,’ causing many church members to abandon the church.

Family and friends cut off communication with Kenneth and I. December 10, 2021 Kenneth and (I) Kenyatta got married. We wedded in private, to peacefully avoid confusion and confrontation with and from his previous wife and her family members. That clearly didn’t work out well for us. They commenced to report our union to multiple government agencies, it didn’t stop there they also reported us to the Association (Kenneth Alumni) who ultimately covered & supported us, while we were in that valley experience. Ooh baby when she caught wind of our wedding she became even more aggressive with her harassment’s, Stalking and public slandering tactics. Her continued erratic and acrimonious behaviors forced us to install cameras at our Jobs/Church. We began to fear for Kenneth and I safety at this point.

Unaware of what would come next. Low and behold January 23, 2022 @11:06am-she

strolls on into our Live “Sunday Church Service” creating an uproar with her antics. I politely asked her to please leave the premises. “She refused”. I asked multiple times to leave. His ex-wife refused to vacate the premises. After (I) Kenyatta followed behind her, she proceeded to talk to the congregation members. I politely picked up her coat & purse, handed it to her and escorted her out the front door. She held on to the door demanding that I (Kenyatta) hear her condescending and undermining rhetoric. I told her calmly and respectfully, “ considering all the harm and damaged she have caused both Kenneth and I, that she’ was not welcome on our property, I then closed the door. And called the police @12:02 to file a report of the Incident.

We did not get a chance to file the report with the police department immediately. Due to the fact of “our church leaders being appalled and unraveled by the incident that just taken place. We felt it would be better to make amends and support the peril our members also just experienced, first and foremost. By making this assessment, we did not allow the police to come to the church to file the report. We waited until the smoke cleared and everyone settled down. Kenneth And I went to the police station in the East on Dwyer Rd. to file the report. We were referred to call the non emergency police line to file the report. We followed those instructions.

Her tactics worked as she intended Kenneth and I were in fear for our safety & Lives. Totally unaware of what’s to come concerning her. And the frame of mind she’s in at any given moment.

Moving forward his ex-wife payed their biological daughter to slight, undermine, gaslight, stonewall and create a great deal of drama and chaos in our lives and marriage. “She exploited her entitlement.”

The estranged ex-spouse went as far as twisting, redacting & reporting years old incident between her & Kenneth to the LPC Board of Directors (between 2024/2025) in attempts of getting his license revoked by the state of Louisiana. She & her lawyers threatened to sue his retirement if he didn’t comply and communicate with her behind my & the congregation backs. Her children and a lot of their family and friends were in cahoots with her to destroy our anointing and destinies!

I remember times when her family members, friends and children would call my husband, my skin would crawl and my spirit would cringe & become vexed.

I just knew (deep down in my heart & soul) that they were all up to no good and meant us no good. It was faked & forced, superficial love and loyalty. I’ve seen it before in my own life, while going through my divorce!

Been there and done that!

Subsequent God revealing these incidents and things to me multiple times in visions and in my dreams, we began to quarrel with each other and physically fight one another. This broke me down to my lowest point, my heart was shattered into pieces, I began taking anxiety medication under my doctors care and going to therapy sessions with my physician for two years. I reached out to lawyers, spiritual advisors, pastors, friends and our family members. Many scorned us, doubted us, frowned upon us, slandered us, counted us out, hated us and even mocked us, crowned us with thorns, beat us down and crucified us to their crosses!

This was a pain that “I have never experienced or felt before in my entire life.”

We carried our crosses in the midst of our adversities and adversaries.

They counted us out

But God counted us in

They called us their enemies

But God called us his friends

I did not receive the nurturing or proper care necessary, until I got on my knees and cried out to God. I began to fast and pray, read God’s Holy Words, meditation on them day and night. I stayed in his presence until he showed up, healed and delivered me from the snares of my enemies. Now I have a song in my heart and a praise on my lips!

I speak and sing of God goodness every chance I get!

These are just a few of the vicissitudes (trials and tribulations) we’ve encountered and experienced throughout (before, during and after) my Husband
